Registering your product will also provide you with quick and easy warranty service if a problem does occur with your Admiral Craft product. Please remember that in order to receive any service under warranty, the owner must provide proof of purchase with date of sale and/or date of installation of product.

Admiral Craft products are designed specifically for use in Commercial Foodservice applications. If installed or used in a residential environment please note that your manufacturers warranty will be void.

Is there a warranty available for the products I'm purchasing?

Admiral Craft offers warranty coverage on all major categories of equipment, including refrigerators, ice machines, and cooking equipment. For specific warranty details, please contact our customer service or check the product documentation.

What do I contact if my equipment needs service or repair?

Admiral Craft Returns & Technical Support is open Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm EST. Every warranty call for issues during business hours is answered by a live person and will be triput in and referred to an Authorized service provider — located in the household's vicinity, as quickly as possible.

Shipping

Where do your products ship from?

Admiral Craft has warehouses throughout the Continental USA. Where possible, we ship from the closest location to the delivery destination.

Do you ship internationally?

Admiral Craft ships only domestically. Orders for delivery outside the Continental USA will be delivered to your U.S. based freight forwarder.

Do I need a liftgate for my shipment?

Businesses that do not have a loading dock or forklift to unload pallets/deliveries will need a lift gate. Some deliveries do not require a liftgate.

My item(s) were damaged during shipment. What should I do?

If there is visible damage to the box, inspect the products inside and refuse delivery if the product is damaged.

• Note all damages clearly on the delivery receipt before signing
• Keep a copy of the delivery receipt
• Take pictures of the damaged packaging and/or product
• Save the damaged packaging material(s) for inspection
• Note picture of label on the box including bar code

When damage occurs during shipping, we must report them to the carrier to receive compensation. By signing the delivery receipt, you are confirming receipt of the shipment in the condition noted. If damages are not noted on the receipt, we cannot guarantee compensation for damages.

If the delivery receipt is signed without noting any damage, you are confirming that you received your delivery in acceptable condition.
