The commercial charbroiler grill has two manual stainless steel 30,000 BTU burners with one cast iron burner for every 12" of grate width. Heavy gauge stainless steel radiants provide even heat distribution. The unit includes one oil tray that collects the excess grease and drippings from the food, simplifies cleaning, and helps prevent flare-ups, keeping the cooking surface safe and consistent during use. It has 3" front and side backsplashes to protect against splatter and spills. The countertop charbroiler is equipped with four 5" adjustable legs to provide stability. The unit has separate gas valves for each burner with standing pilot lights and a 3/4" rear NPT gas inlet. This charbroiler is set up for use with Natural Gas (NG) and is field convertible to Liquid Propane.
