Admiral Craft manufactures a full line of restaurant equipment and supplies including smallwares, gas equipment, refrigeration and countertop electric.

Admiral Craft products are sold through reputable restaurant equipment dealers throughout the United States.

Admiral Craft has warehouses located throughout the Continental USA. Wherever possible, we ship from the closest location to the delivery endpoint.

Admiral Craft does ship internationally. Orders for delivery outside the Continental USA will be delivered to your U.S. based freight forwarder.

Businesses that do not have a loading dock or forklift to unload deliveries will need a liftgate.

If any item or packing is damaged you MUST do the following:

• Note all damages clearly on the delivery receipt before signing
• Keep a copy of the delivery receipt
• Contact us within 1 business day
• Keep the damaged packaging materials for inspection
• Take pictures of damages (including packaging)

When damages occur during shipping, we must report them to the carrier to receive compensation. By signing the delivery receipt, you are confirming receipt of the shipment in the condition noted. If damage is not noted on the receipt, we cannot guarantee compensation for damages.

If the delivery receipt is signed without noting any damage, you are confirming that you received your delivery in acceptable condition.

Admiral Craft offers warranty coverage on all gas, refrigeration and countertop electric equipment. For specific warranty details, please review the warranty information on each individual item page, or in the last page of the item manual.

All warranties cover items shipped to the 48 contiguous United States only. Warranty coverage on products used outside the 48 contiguous United States (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Canada) covers parts only.

Admiral Craft is contracted with NSA (National Service America), a call center that answers warranty calls 24/7/365. Every warranty call from an end-user is answered by a live person who will take all pertinent information and relay it to Admiral Craft’s Technical Support Team.
