PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is protected with Adcraft (Admiral Craft Equipment Corp.). The information you provide on this website will not be sold to or shared with any third parties excluding dealers and service companies when their assistance is needed. By providing the registration info, you give Adcraft, authorized dealers/distributors and service company’s permission to contact you. Please make sure your order is correct before submitting. All sales are final. We will not accept any returns and there are no refunds on purchases.
Admiral Craft Trade Discounts, Sales, Terms & Conditions
Payment Terms: Net 30 Days. All disputes must be settled through your Territory Coordinator prior to payment. All payments must be made within terms
to qualify for programs.
New Accounts: Furnish 3 trade references, resale certificate, bank information, addresses, phone/fax numbers and contact names.
Special Order Items: All special ordered items must be ordered in full carton lots. These orders are noncancelable and may not be returned. A deposit may be required FOB factory in Tampa, FL.
Finance Charge: 1-1/2% per month service charge will be applied to all invoices 30 days or more past due.
Collection Fees: The buyer agrees to pay all applicable attorney and collection fees.
Returned Check Fee: A $50.00 charge will be issued for any returned checks.
Small Order Charge: A $25.00 handling charge will be added on orders under $200.00 net.
COD Charges: Carrier imposed COD charges must be paid by the consignee. UPS/COD charges are per carton. Motor freight/COD charges are per shipment.
Return Goods Policy: Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from our customer service department. All returns must show the “Return Authorization Number” on the shipping label. Merchandise returned without an “RA” number will not be accepted. Returned merchandise must be in resalable condition. Credit will not be issued for used, obsolete, or shelf-worn merchandise. All authorized returns must be shipped back to Admiral Craft at the users expense including orders that were originally shipped prepaid. There will be up to a 25% restocking fee assessed on all returns.
Chargebacks: We will not accept any chargebacks or penalties to be deducted from payment without written authorization from our corporate office.
Free Freight Policy: Freight will be PREPAID by Admiral Craft on individual orders totaling $2000.00 NET or more, unless otherwise specified, to one destination within the continental United States, excluding Alaska. Prepaid freight only applies to items normally stocked in our Tampa facility at our regular trade discounts. Items that are “special ordered” will ship FOB shipping point. Choice of carrier and routing will be determined by Admiral Craft. Add-ons cannot be guaranteed.
Rush Shipment: Orders requiring next, 2nd, or 3rd day priority shipment must be placed by 1:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. Rush shipments cannot be guaranteed.
Specifications: All weights and dimensions shown are best approximations.
Drop Shipments: Subject to a $20 charge.
Collect or Third Party Shipments: Subject to a $20 charge.
Add-ons: We do not accept add-ons.
Shipment Damage or Shortages:
Orders that are too large or heavy to ship via UPS or Fedex will be delivered via common carrier on a full-size tractor trailer. If your order ships via common carrier, it is your responsibility (the customer) to unload the product from the truck and take it into your place of business. When your order ships via common carrier, we will provide you with the tracking information t allow you to prepare for delivery.
Freight/common carrier deliveries are always to a loading dock or curbside, even with liftgate. “Curbside” means next to the curb on the street. Drivers are not obligated to deliver freight into driveways, garages or any other locations.
Before the driver leaves your facility, you must do the following as once the driver leaves, you become responsible for reporting any damages or shortages to the freight company. Admiral Craft cannot be held liable for those damages.
- Unpack everything and keep all original packaging materials. Do not throw away any pallets or boxes until you are certain you are fully satisfied with each product and what you received is what you ordered.
- Inspect the entire shipment for indicators that something could be damaged or missing. Is the shrink-wrap intact? If not, it should be noted on the delivery receipt.
- Inspect each carton and pallet you receive for dents, holes, punctures, and/or broken pallets. If any of these are seen, it must be noted it on the delivery receipt.
- If any product is missing, you MUST sign there is a shortage and report to Admiral Craft within 24 hours.
- While the driver is still there, make note of all damage that you see on the delivery receipt. Take photos of the damage including all sides of the carton that the product was in.
- If the item you ordered is completely damaged, you must refuse the shipment. Make note of the damage and take photos of all damage as well as all 4 sides of the carton or box. Contact us within 24 hours with notification and required pictures to start the return/credit process.
- Even if the shipment looks acceptable, next to your signature of receipt, write “STI” indicating the shipment is subject to further inspection. Once the driver leaves, you have 24 hours to notify us of damaged or missing items. Pictures of all damages as well as all 4 sides of the carton must be submitted to be considered for compensation.
If the driver only has a PDA (electronic device), make sure you have him note something on paper that he will sign before you allow him to leave.
IF YOU CLAIM DAMAGE ON ANY OR ALL PARTS OF YOUR SHIPMENT, AND THIS WAS NOT NOTED ON THE PROOF OF DELIVERY, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE COMPENSATION FOR DAMAGES. IF YOU SIGNED THE DELIVERY RECEIPT WITHOUT NOTING DAMAGE, YOU HAVE CONFIRMED YOUR SHIPMENT WAS RECEIVED IN GOOD CONDITION.
Backorders: All backorders will be cancelled.
Guarantee: All merchandise is 100% guaranteed. Report anything defective within 10 days to receive full credit or replacement. Guarantee is void if cleaned or used in an inappropriate manner. Domestic warranties are covered by manufacturers.
Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Invoices will reflect prices in effect at time order was placed. Orders placed for future delivery may be subject to change. We are not responsible for printer’s errors. Possession of our literature does not constitute an offer to sell.
