10" diameter fry pan. Made with two layers of stainless steel with an encapsulated aluminum core at the bottom. The top layer that comes in contact with food is made of non-magnetic premium quality 18/8 stainless steel. The bottom layer is made of magnetic 18/0 stainless steel which is needed when used with an induction cooker. The aluminum core allows for even heat distribution throughout the pan. Without the aluminum core, there would be hot spots which could cause the food to burn or cook unevenly. Attractive brushed sides give this fry pan a striking impression. NSF certified.
